Return Process
- 1.Verify Compatibility
Before initiating a return, double-check your device model number and the part serial number to confirm the item is in its original, uninstalled condition.
- 2.Request an RMA
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and receive your unique return ID.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the electronic component back into its original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent transit damage.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
